REFUND POLICY

We do our best to carefully pack and inspect all our products before they are shipped. We also place a high value on building a trust-inspiring relationship with our customers. Due to the nature of our products, opened and lit candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@clevershinc.com within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include in the body of the email your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund.

Once your refund is approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We will send an email once the item(s) has been received and your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return it to us undamaged, unlit and in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange your product for another product of the same size and price. Feel free to re-use the box your purchase came in.

Currently, we are unable to refund opened and lit candles where you have changed your mind.
