REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, candles that have been opened or burned are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us at info@clevershinc.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographic evidence of the damage.

When reaching out, kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Whether you are requesting a replacement or refund

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and the refund has been issued.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to their made-to-order nature. If you experience any issues with a custom order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, our customer care team is available to help.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are unable to issue refunds for orders reported as lost or missing after delivery.
